Silent Sinus Syndrome
General: Spontaneous enophthalmos and hypoglobus associated with a small, ipsilateral maxillary sinus.
Ocular: Enophthalmos; hypoglobus.
Clinical: Patients usually undergo painless progressive sinking of the eye.
