General: Fungal infection caused by Histoplasma capsulatum.
Ocular: Circumpapillary atrophy; maculopathy; scattered yellow 'histo' spots; optic disk edema; disseminated choroiditis (immunocompromised patients); vitreous hemorrhage; punched-out chorioretinal lesions; choroidal neovascular membrane; exogenous endophthalmitis (isolated report).
Clinical: Pulmonary infection; fever; malaise.
