Bare Lymphocyte Syndrome
General: Rare, severe combined immunodeficiency characterized by the lack of 626i85g expression of human leukocyte antigen (HLA) A, B, and C antigens with severe T and B deficiency.
Ocular: Horizontal nystagmus; candida retinitis.
Clinical: Recurrent pulmonary infections; bronchiectasis; gastroenteritis; hepatomegaly; developmental delay; respiratory failure; death.
