Arcus Cornea (Arcus Senilis)
General: Autosomal dominant; occurs earlier in blacks; frequen 838e45i tly associated with abnormal serum lipid levels, but may occur without any predisposing factors; more commonly associated with familial hypercholesterolemia.
Ocular: Arcus of cornea.
Clinical: Can be associated with Tangier disease, Norum disease, and homozygotes type II hyperlipoproteinemia; osteogenesis imperfecta ring resembling arcus seen.
